Ryan S. Foley
Associate Attorney

As an associate attorney at Herrig, Vogt & Hensley, LLP, Ryan Foley proudly serves clients in all forms of civil litigation. He provides superior legal services in matters ranging from family law, to estate and probate, real estate, business formation, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Foley is a lifelong resident of California and a graduate of The University of San Diego School of Law and the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to law school he was a Judicial Extern for Judge James Otto in the Superior Court of Long Beach, California. He also worked as a research assistant for multiple professors, which give him an opportunity to learn more about trademark, patent, and contractual non-compete areas of law.

Mr. Foley was also a legal intern for Judge Shauna Chastain’s family law practice prior to her appointment to the Solano County Superior Court, an experience which serves him well in his family law practice at Herrig, Vogt & Hensley.

He believes strongly in the importance of educational and experiential variety, a trait which often brings unexpected and helpful insights to better serve his clients. Mr. Foley is known for his congenial nature. His passionate desire to help people drives his fierce advocacy.
